This software gives you over 3500 channels from all over the world, including around 350 for the US. The functionality of this software requires some computer skills, but the average person who is used to a computer will be able to manage this. Format of the menus were a bit hard to follow, but after a while it didn’t prove to be a major problem. The channel selection was similar to Stream Direct’s software but offered fewer English speaking Western European Channel’s. Should you require Asian Channels, there is a very large selection and Satellite Direct would be the first choice for this part of the world.
There are no usage restrictions or bandwidth limits, so you can watch what you want, when you want – 24 hours a day, seven day a week. The registration process is very simple and takes only a couple of minutes. There is a one time fee of $49.95, but the good thing is there are no monthly ongoing charges.
Downloading the software is quick, only requiring a couple of minutes - providing you have a good broadband connection. Working out how the program works will take you about 15 minutes or so.

Direct Satellite PC Review
This is my third choice for satellite TV software for your PC. This software stands out for its many varied international TV selections, some of which you cannot find on the other satellite software platforms. With a total of 3000 channels including around 175 US channels, this software offers the least number of channels of the other two software platforms being reviewed. However, this deficiency is off-set with it's unusual diversity of international offering. There are many channels from the Middle East and African nations on this software. Should your interests be in these areas of the world, then Direct Satellite PC would be a perfect choice for you. This platform is extremely user friendly, probably the best of the three under review. The main downside is the smaller selection of channels available.
Price is $49.95 which is good value. As mentioned before, if you have a keen interest in African or Middle Eastern affairs, then this should be your choice of PC to TV software.
